Drama Queen (ドラマクイン) is a Science Fiction Black Comedy Shōnen manga written and illustrated by Kuraku Ichikawa. After saving the Earth from a giant meteorite, aliens have settled in Japan, becoming a beloved new part of society as mankind's saviors. However, 17-year old Nomamoto sees things differently — hungry, broke, and shackled to a dead-end job under a crappy alien boss, Nomamoto is sick of her unfulfilling life and despises the aliens she has to coexist with, and is all the more frustrated by how she can't voice or act on her disgust towards them. Things start to look up for her a bit once she befriends a kindred spirit in Kitami, a young man who hates aliens like she does — until she gets fired following a workplace accident. But right when it looks like her life is over, Kitami arrives at her doorstep asking for a favor... And the two cook up a scheme that might finally improve their lives and get rid of the aliens they hate so much. Literally cook up, that is.
