Gino seems more ISFJ than ISTJ. I'm not seeing any Te whatsoever. Right now, he's struggling to show proof of all these accusations he's making against Jasmine. He posted phone records showing multiple calls back and forth between Matt and Jasmine from before he agreed to the open marriage in order to prove they were seeing each other before he agreed, but those records don't actually prove that, even though it's painfully obvious she cheated. Just that they were talking on the phone. Gino is Te blind. An ISTJ would likely have no problem gathering the concrete proof and organizing and presenting it in a much more compelling way because of Te auxiliary. Gino shows tertiary Ti traits. Since Ti is subjective, his findings are proof in his mind, but the trick is convincing everyone else to see it too (Te). If he really wants her deported, he needs to use his Fe auxiliary and seek out help from an attorney who is an ISTJ to advocate for him instead of trying to do it himself if he really wants to blindside Jasmine in court. That will help his Ni demon work for him instead of against him. This will be an interesting fight because their blindspots happen to be each others demon functions. The auxiliary function is the key.
