I don’t think he is an ENTP just because he admitted to love watching others struggle (let’s not type by stereotype, and I think that one line was actually the type of joke a Tert Ne user would make.) I actually think he is ESFJ (same function different order.) Dom Fe - He won the chairman council competition against Tokiko because he knows exactly the boundary to make friendship that becomes useful for him without tiring himself over it, that’s mature Fe instead of tertiary usage. In general I wouldn’t think tertiary Fe user would be that mature to utilize others for themselves. Aux Si - Enjoying high-school life and doing things off of the checklist because this is what others around him are doing, and there is no clear drawback for him to not do those things anyway. The way he executed daily things such as getting a girlfriend, becoming a student council, and etc is in the same way of a Si planner. He also followed the path in which his parents planned out for him because he thinks that they are beneficial. Tert Ne - He is at core eccentric and has un-mainstream hobbies (he is a tokusatsu nerd yall). But he suppresses these interests and no one knows this side of him other than his parents (the way a high Si user would to suppress their weird side in order to blend in). He secretly wanted to be like Narumi who is out there doing what he actually loves and is not afraid to showcase their weird interests and hobbies, in the way a Si user would draw towards an Ne user. As opposed to ENTP that has Ne as the dominant function, no ENTP on earth would suppress their actual interests and go with the mainstream idea of what a high school life should be as he did. Inf Ti - When his parents threw out his tokusatsu collections, he started to doubt that if the path his parents set for him is really the best for him, and if he should start to get off the beaten track (him reaching out to his lower functions). When he developed his Ti later in the manga, he used it to change his academic goal and made the final decision to apply for Kyoto University instead of Tokyo University because he can both get away from his family and go somewhere that values individuality.
