where do you see ne above se? he is super reactive acts for the moment and is preoccupied with acting(se) rather than thinking of ideas(ne). I have not yet seen him contemplating ideals but I have seen him thinking according to practicality. How will I help? he doesn't think, he does! it has a very high reactivity. he only showed concerns for the future at the beginning (about his career) otherwise he acts thinking about the present and acting according to his values(fi).ne dominants usually don't weigh in putting their ideas into practice and don't even weigh in a practicality for them, unlike the dominant se that is more down to earth.
