Has way too much Fe-Ni to be ISTJ. (spoiler warning) She tries to understand both Finlay and Reacher whenever they scuffle in order to mediate things and make them work smoothly. When Reacher talks to Molly Beth she tells him to try to conversate amicably with her considering her situation which leads them to them having a heart-to-heart. When she speaks with Charlene, she uses Fe to convince her to trust Reacher and to think of her kids' safety. She reads people quite well and accurately guesses their motives the majority of the time (a sign of aux Ni). So I'm guessing that she's likely to be a non-stereotypical ENFJ imo.
