ESFP - Not a lot of screen time to judge by, but I think Fi > Ti parent. Parent Fi: Prefers making values vs logical statements e.g. "Outcasts are wrong, but it's hard to trust a faceless leader like the Charlatan. Sloane doesn't like you. You're not liked here in Kadara Port. You need a friend on the inside. Poor Ryota, he's the only honest man in Kadara" (while secretly giving him credits for the clinic). He insists the secrecy around his identity isn't malicious. He wants to be the better man that Ryder thinks he is. He was "afraid" that would change. He's morally certain that he values peace but not honor. He's got a romantic streak (the dancing scene). Zia accuses him of being selfish, which is associated with Fi vs arrogance with Ti. Fi + Te Child = emphasis on what others are thinking, i.e. manipulation , changing the narrative. ESFP needs image of competency - he gets annoyed when you imply he lost his cargo getting drunk on the job, or he was sitting on his ass while you're investigating the Roekaar murders. In summary, I understand seeing ESTP at first glance but I think looking closely he types as ESFP by showing more relational/emotional intelligence and discretion rather than brashness, and having a strong personal moral code if not an honorable one.
