So Fe is the only function that can manipulate? She's not even that good at it though, doesn't look like she did it for the outcome, more like her unhealthy Fi child reflecting itself in Catra and Adora, Adora being all her good parts and Catra all her bad sides. It was as effective as it was only because she was the only parent figure ever for any of those two. I see her more as abusive than manipulative, all the ambivalent tendencies that we have from/for her are her owns, she really thinks she's doing what she has to. Like she actually thinks that Catra is distracting Adora for becoming She-Ra in season 5, because she understands emotions as negative factors because for herself they are. Unhealthy Fi-child strikes again. When she 'manipulates' Glimmer she's actually being sincere, she believes what she says even if she's totally wrong and it all ends like ****. She's not a liar, the thing is she only ever cared about herself and is too closed to go looking for another point of view that is not her owns (her Te is negative after all). She thinks her way is the only one. And with Catra, even though she's not stupid and she knows what she's doing is wrong, she can't care enough, she has to discharge her ****ty emotions somewhere anyways. Manipulation is more about knowing the 'truth' and lying about it to get an outcome. Shes not doing that, she is just trying to force her (unhealthy and ambivalent) views in everyone else. (I could be wrong thought, I'm open to arguments)
ชีวประวัติ
Shadow Weaver, formerly known as Light Spinner, was a powerful sorceress and former member of the Horde. She was the tertiary-antagonist in Season One, but became an uneasy ally in Season Three. Shadow Weaver was cruel, domineering, power-hungry, and manipulative, most notably so with Catra. She did not like to be told "no" or to have her authority questioned, even by her only superior, Hordak, as anyone doing so would usually result in an angry, destructive outburst of rage.
