He enjoys having a chaotic student just to put him in his place and feel powerful. Francis and other students’ bad behavior feeds his fixation on Accusation (E6). He gets his life purpose based on how he serves a system, first the military and then the academy. Can’t say he’s a 1, since I don’t think his fixation is Perfectionism. His fixation seems to be E6’s Accusation, and it’s clear because the moment he doesn’t have anybody to accuse anymore (when he’s fired), he collapses into guilt and self-hatred.
