sp 1s usually focus on themselves when trying to be good, and as a result, tend to focus on being kind. This isn't Eugene Achike at all. so 1s, on the other hand, try to embody being good and perfect by being an example of such. sx 1s focus on being good through their direct environment, by trying to enforce "goodness" on those around them. As far as ISTJ goes, he seems much more comfortable accessing his feelings, than he does suppressing Si and considering new perspectives. His scheduling also has very little to do with efficiency, thus it would be somewhat odd for an ESTJ to do it that obsessively.
