The Ne voters need to chill. When in the show was Hyakkimaru ever indecisive, in his head, or tried looking at the bigger picture from different perspectives? He had a singular goal in mind the entire time: Get body parts back. There is zero Ne or even Si in Hyakkimaru, he was all about action. Not once did he ever falter or want to give up. I go with Ti as his dominant function because I don't see him being led by personal moral values. Just cause he wanted back what was rightfully his doesn't make him Fi imo. I think anyone who had parts of their body wrongly taken from them would want those things back. Plus, I think him traveling with Dororo helped him develop his inferior Fe. He learned to understand the feelings/values of other people. He even spared his father at the end of the show despite everything the man did.
