Kaede Azusagawa (梓川 花楓 (current), かえで (formerly), Azusagawa Kaede) is one of the main characters of Seishun Buta Yarou wa Bunny Girl Senpai no Yume wo Minai series. She is the younger sister of Sakuta Azusagawa who suffered amnesia and gained a different personality after her ordeal with Adolescence Syndrome stemming from online bullying. Since then, she has lived with Sakuta and has not attended school. Kaede originally had a kind, yet cheeky personality which granted her little difficulty with social interaction. She regains this personality after completing her list of goals. Ever since Kaede lost her memories and gained a new personality as a result of Adolescence Syndrome, she shut herself away from the internet and the outside world in general and developed a phobia of strangers, as shown when first meeting Mai Sakurajima. Kaede tended to refer to herself in the third person.
