At first he did strike me as an INTP, his Ti was pretty visible from the very beginning. After watching the whole movie though, I must admit he is definitely an INFJ, however not the healthiest one. His Fe>Fi preference was quite obvious in all his choices (he pretty much altered all the timelines because the others suffered the consequences of his actions and not him), but when shocked or desperate, he smoothly slipped into a paranoid Ni-Ti loop. Also, his last alteration of the past was pretty much the definition of an INFJ - he was fully aware of the consequences he would meet, yet decided to prevent all of the past mistakes by cutting ties with Kayleigh during their first encounter - even though that meant that they will become nothing but strangers.
