Her perfectionism, love of organization, iconic complicated restaurant orders, and anxiety about her life plans all scream Si-dom. She's always super critical of herself and others and holds people including herself to impossible standards, which is exactly how Fe-aux works when Si is in control. Her tertiary Ti (making sure her plans are logical and safe) and inferior Ne (can come up with great ideas even though she hates change) are also very obvious. Typeinmind.com describes ISFJ's way of talking as "adorable" and their problem-solving process as "rabbit-trail"-like which both fit her very well. She very much reminds me of Annie Edison from Community, another amazing ISFJ. Sally is the perfect ISFJ to complement Harry's ENTP.
