"Anatoly Dyatlov ประเภทบุคลิกภาพประเภทใด Anatoly Dyatlov เป็นประเภทบุคลิกภาพ ESTJ ใน mbti, 8w7 - sp/so - 835 ใน Enneagram, SLOEN ใน Big 5, ใน Socionics"

First of all, I hope that people aren't typing Dyatlov as ESTJ just because he's an a**hole. It is true that he has what is called a 'Sadistic Personality Style' (https://www.millonpersonality.com/theory/diagnostic-taxonomy/sadistic.htm); in fact, he fits the description on the Millon website to a T. It is also true that IDRLabs found that this behavioral style shows up in ESTJs more than in any other type. However, we shouldn't exclude the possibility of other types based on a perceived statistical correlation. Correlation does not imply causation. What types can we rule out based on cognition? • I think it is safe to rule out the four types with high Fe. Dyatlov shows no evidence of Fe throughout the course of the series. • I think it is safe to rule out the four types that have high Se. After the explosion, Dyatlov seems to be out of touch with objective reality with regard to his perception, failing to adapt his thinking to an increasing amount of obvious evidence. • I think it is safe to rule out the four types that have high Ne. Although they do have an Se blindspot, NP types tend to have the opposite problem that Dyatlov does: Whereas he has no trouble ruling out possibilities in the objective sphere, NPs have trouble ruling out any possibility, however unlikely. For example, Legasov plays out a worst-case scenario in his mind that contradicts the prevailing assumptions about RBMK rectors, based on the mere suggestion that there was graphite on the ground. This is conscious Ne. This leaves us with the four --TJ types. Of these, ISTJ makes less sense than the others, based on the fact that Dyatlov is willing to throw caution to the wind and discard strict protocols for the sake of completing the test (compare with Akimov). ENTJ also makes less sense than the others, for the same reason that we can rule out the Se types (ENTJs have semi-conscious tertiary Se – i.e. not great, not terrible). Between ESTJ and INTJ, I think either one would fit, depending on how one interprets the facts. The strongest case for INTJ is what appears to be repressed Se. For me, however, ESTJ rings slightly truer. When Khomyuk asks him for help in finding out the actual version of events, he supplies no useful theoretical information and has no theory about what actually went wrong, an indication that he is not really interested in hypotheticals. In the control room, he is actually very quick to diagnose certain problems and give orders. I think the problem isn't necessarily that he has lost touch with objective reality in general, it's just that his factual frame of reference is too rigid. He insists on orienting his cognition toward the minutiae of the system that he has already mastered, rather than toward emergent data and the underlying pattern behind it. He deploys this 'pre-systematized' information aggressively, as an extrovert would use it, rather than how an introvert would use it. This cognitive aggression is much more noticeable when combined with his behavioral aggression.
