You know, Its funny. I always thought this guy would be way more aggressive to the arbiter after him being shamed and losing the battle for control of delta halo. But even when we see him talking to the arbiter in the first cutscene, he does not insult him directly and gives only a dark reminder that his life (when it comes to his personal elite unit) doesn't matter. But after the mission, he grows to respect after the arbiter showed to him that he is more determined to finish any mission through, even if it means the mission is suicide. All right, this is classic EXTJ behavior, but why I believe he is ENTJ is because of his decision to leave the covenant immediately after the civil war started in high charity. Normal ESTJs and some ENTJs would basically crack or even break down entirely if something like this happened. But, from what we see as soon as the prophet of regret is killed by master chief, and the elite honor guards are switched with brutes. He was already starting to from cracks to trust the decisions of the prophets and the covenant as a whole. This also ties in with his engram being 1w2. He cares more about his species wellbeing then the covenants rule about what the elites should be in the covenant's society. This is why I believe he is an ENTJ and not ESTJ. If he were an ESTJ, he would have been way more pessimistic about leaving the covenant then what we see in the game. His 1w2 is also way more obvious in halo 3 when he makes the agreement about making a human and elite alliance. He lets the humans fight along side him because he knows it's the right thing to do. He lets his past beliefs about humans go and instead trusts the humans to fight along side them. All and all great character, screw 343 for not bringing him back!

Rtas 'Vadum (formerly 'Vadumee), nicknamed the Half-Jaw following the loss of two of his mandibles, is a very influential Sangheili commander and a high-ranking official in the Swords of Sanghelios. Rtas has become a hero among Sangheili for his bravery and leadership during the Great Schism. He was responsible for negotiating the alliance between the Fleet of Retribution and the United Nations Space Command. Rtas 'Vadum formerly served as a Covenant Special Operations Commander in the Fleet of Particular Justice, led by Supreme Commander Thel 'Vadamee, before the Battle of Installation 04.[1] At the dawn of the Great Schism, 'Vadum became a leading member of the Sangheili who seceded from the Covenant. Leading the separatist fleets, 'Vadum worked together with the newly appointed Arbiter, Thel 'Vadam, to aid the UNSC and defeat the Covenant Empire.
