Okay so, she clearly has Fi. The thing is, although she's energetic, she seems to be intuitive. She's not exactly impulsive, and she's always the one creating the plan (as spur-of-the-moment as her plans may be, which is typical of ExxP's). She's the one trying to solve the mysteries and put together the clues. It's not exactly dom/aux Ni, but it's definitely not inf Ni. I agree with the other comment about her having Fi, that's clear. So my guess is that she's ENFP. Her Ne-Te is rather clear in the way she thinks about her missions.
