Arthur is a good example of an unhealthy 4w3. He wanted to express his uniqueness and be recognised for it. He wanted to stand out to be a gifted comedian. He wanted to be create an identity and be significant. "For my whole life, I didn't know if I even really existed. But I do, and people are starting to notice." For the whole movie he has been looking for his identity. He felt that he was not normal due to his neurological disorder and that he is just a clown (a laughing stock) to the society, but at the end of the film he accepted it as who he is. He wanted to feel worthy and valued. He desires attention from everyone. He wanted to accepted. "If it was me dying on the sidewalk, you would have walked right over me! I pass you everyday and you don't notice me but these guys, because Thomas Wayne went and cried about them on TV?" His desire to be significant and seeks recognition for it made him start a war between himself and the world.
