Many of the fighting in the comments is "Just because she had a grand plan and everything went in accordance to it doesn't mean she's has Ni" for the ISFJ voters and "Just because her every action has roots on the past doesn't mean she has Si" for the ENFJ voters. But then what is Si and Ni? I'd say that general characteristics of high Ni would be a good grasp of the bigger picture, understanding in an abstract way the way the world operates (like the realizations Edelgard has about the way the world is structured and how it must change) and high Si is closer to the physical world, while not necessarily the present; how things used to be, how they are supposed to be; it's not abstract, it's based upon details and a perception of an status quo. The latter imo fits Rhea much more. Ofc, just because she values stability and didn't want change doesn't mean she can't have high Ni; if Edelgard was in a comfortable position she wouldn't want change either, but a defining trait of Rhea's character is how blind she is to the monstrosities the crest system and the church she has spent centuries protecting have caused. She can't look at the bigger picture, she has a incredibly hard time doing so, and that's why she wants things to remain as they are, with an unhealthy fixation for the past, because that's how things are supposed to be, with her mother next to her. She values tradition, order, family, BLOOD. That's why she enters in such despair when she realizes Seteth and Flayn are dead if you kill them in Crimson Flower. All in all, even just by going on vibes, Ni is non-existent in this woman. Just because she manipulated history to her favor so that the crests would be seen as a favor the goddess bestowed upon humans instead of the truth doesn't mean she has Ni; Ni isn't about making grand plans by itself, it's about understanding the abstract and realizing the value of change, something excellently exemplified by Edelgard, an ENTJ. (Not saying Edelgard has done nothing wrong and she's a better person than Rhea though, just that her Ni allowed her to realize why the system was so fundamentally flawed, the actions resulting in so much death taken through her Te are another story.) Where is the Se, too? how is she Ti inf? Doesn't tertiary Ti as the way she takes everything personally when it goes against her, fitting a logical framework she has of "I'm right, you're evil" make more sense? To Byleth: "You're just another failure." Ne inferior is also very noticeable considering how she's so stuck with the past as the only way things can be, as opposed to Ni's tunnel-vision which is more about believing a future possibility is the only thing that can happen, not realizing that predicting outcomes isn't as simple as one would hope.
