I'm currently rewatching Mindhunter, and Wendy strikes me as an INTJ. Her Ni dom is very strong: She told Holden to trust his instincts/intuition since he's also Ni dom; she said "it's all about finding patterns," Bill Tench also confirms that "Wendy loves a pattern" (in Beverley Jean case.) She believes that the behavioral science unit is doing something exciting, visionary, and far-reaching. She encourages Holden and Bill to keep interviewing the serial killers, and maybe even make all the records into book. She believes it's necessary and possible to achieve (Te is helping Ni to make her vision into reality.) Her Te also lets her to reach out to different organizations for funding; she eventually decided to take the risk of her career and join the unit full time. She hates small talks; she asked Holden "if small talk is a way to deal with his anxiety." She's also socially awkward when she faces a conversation outside of her profession or her interests. Her Fi was not so obvious; she had a conversation with her girlfriend about expressing her truth self (being a lesbian and working with the FBI.) She has her own values and moral codes being not influenced by other people (not a Fe). She was very offended when her girlfriend doubted her work at the FBI saying that "she's wasting her time." She doesn't like to be doubted on her authenticity, professionism, and efforts. For her Se, I've only gotten to have a glimpse of it. I think she's a pretty developed Se demon. She when she first moved into the basement office, she said that "she actually enjoys organizing her space." I'll keep updating if I have more evidences.
