I read these books when I was a kid and am now going over the story again. To be fair I am not absolutely sure if he is Fi yet, but he is absolutely Ne. I noticed when he was chatting with Brom to find out more about Dragons and their history that he was asking about things that were not related to his original questions, which irritated Brom It seems to me that Eragon is Ne while Brom is Ni, It is a common thing I noticed that Ne keeps getting distracted from a topic, I noticed that on three different people. At the same Ni struggles with keeping a topic when they keep talking about things not directly related to it. Eragon on the other side had absolutely no problem abandoning some different thoughts fo get back to the original topic That seems very Ne to me
