I never understood why he just doesn't give heart attack to everybody. I mean... you are Death and you are pissed off because people survived when they weren't supposed to. Yet you even wait years for those who are next in the line if you can't get them the way you want. I can't be sure if he is INTJ or ENTP as long as this statement isn't explained in more details. As far as I know he is very creative with his methods even if it costs efficency. If he was not capable of giving heart-attacks, deadly diseases or stg. then he still might be Te user (since the most efficient ways are unreachable thus he must rely on the environment) but if we accept the fact that he is capable of doing those then Death is a clear Ne user.

In the Final Destination franchise, Death (also known as the Grim Reaper) is an active, cunning, volatile, supernatural personified force, and the series' main antagonist. While invisible to people, it nevertheless makes a somewhat noticeable and ominous presence wherever it goes and can manipulate any aspect of an environment to its will. Although the character of Death is never seen, in truth it is an entity that wants its design to never be violated.
