IQuot appears similar to MeQuot, but with a few differences. Most notably, his body is now built by basic 3D shapes such as spheres and cylinders instead of blocks. He also has smaller, yet more defined eyes and a stretched Arial "D" letter for a mouth. His shirt reads out "iquot" with a dark-blue sword placed on the back of it. This variant references the OST Art for MeQuot in the YouTube upload of his theme. But more specifically, the style in the video is actually referencing an amateur Paint 3D modeling style popularized by old Baldi's Basics mods such as Dave's Fun Algebra Class! .
