Daniela Garcia Machado was born on September 16, 1988, in Marília, São Paulo. The daughter of a psychiatrist and a businessman, she was born Daniel, her given name, but from a young age felt like a woman in a male body, beginning her gender transition years later. She graduated in performing arts from the State University of Londrina and in body arts from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo. In 2012, she starred in the documentary "Além das Sete Cores" (Beyond the Seven Colors), written and directed by Camila Biau. She acted in the play "Salomé" and in films such as "O Amor Que Não Ousa Dizer Seu Nome" (The Love That Dare Not Speak Its Name), "Horácio," and "Nome Provisório" (Provisional Name), for which she won the Best Actress award at the 2nd Paranoá Film Festival. Her television debut was in 2018, in the series Rua Augusta, broadcast on TNT, where she played Babete. The following year, she landed her first role in a soap opera, playing Britney in "A Dona do Pedaço".
