You can be an ISTP and a paranoid leader at the same time, especially when the stakes are so high for your (Fe) loved-ones. She literally lost her entire family + carl + rick and simply cannot handle losing Judith or RJ. That's literally ISTP's greatest fear: being completely ALONE in the world.
