He really bursts with these two functions, especially from the dark tournament arc all the way till the end, and to be fair, even at the start of the series he didn't really use Ne. At the end of the chapter black arc he even develops his Fi inf, as he decides to go against his father's rules in order to do what he thought was right. Underappreciated character in my opinion.
