He's definitely got Ne>Ni - he has sort of a scatterbrained quality to him and exhibits 0 Ni at any point in the book. But he's not Ne-dom either. At Netherfield, he sort of "humble-brags" by saying he's super spontaneous and would dash off anywhere at any time. Darcy calls him out, saying that Bingley's trying to show off his perceived independence, but that actually Bingley would be very easily persuaded not to go anywhere by his friends. And that later turns out to be true when Bingley is persuaded not to marry Jane even though he loves her. So he's definitely a Fe dom, but not an ENFJ.
