Within the Arquebus Corporation, he is part of their elite combat unit the Vespers and a Special Intelligence officer. His Arena rank is 12/B. "Third squad leader of the Vespers, the Arquebus Group's augmented human squad. O'Keeffe is originally a member of an older generation of augmented humans, and during the Island Four Disturbance, he worked as an agent carrying out espionage activities. He was later headhunted by Arquebus's Information Dept., and agreed to sign up on the condition that they provided him with Generation Nine augmentation surgery to counteract the Coral burn-in on his brain."
