No way Hime is 4V. Both 4V and 3V can be unconfident and struggle at making decisions, but 4V is usually more passive, ambitionless and relaxed; Hime on contrary is conscious of her weaknesses, always challenges her courage and wants to prove that she is strong and independent, worthy to call herself a Cure - she overcomes her insecurity in a 3V way. "whining on the topic “I am a loser, I will not achieve anything in life” is normal for the 3V. They don't have enough courage to face the danger, but they always try to be protected. They care more about being protected by their close ones, than mantaining good relationships within society.
