This guy doesn't really have Fi. His archetype is a gentle giant and he's all about keeping the group at harmony. High Fi users would have more of a protagonist role but he's a solid side character that puts everyone before himself. High Si user too due to being very honour orientated and filling his role in the team. Whenever it comes to being compassionate they call on jorge and it's not to say Fi users can't be compassionate it's just that Fe users have more of a calming presence with strangers. I could see an argument for Ni dom but as I said I think he's high Si. He's the gentle group protector, ISFJ character stereotype.

Chief Warrant Officer Jorge-052 (pronounced in the same way as "George") was a Spartan-II supersoldier of the UNSC Naval Special Warfare Command, attached to Special Warfare Group Three. He fought during the Fall of Reach in 2552 as a part of NOBLE Team under the call sign Noble Five. Jorge was the only member of NOBLE Team that had seen as much action, if not more, against human militants as Covenant forces. Described as being very difficult to read, he was free with his opinions, vocal in his support of provincial self-rule, and just as vocal in his condemnation of the separatist and insurrectionist movements. He was shown to be empathetic and caring toward civilians; a trait few other Spartans shared. He was also particularly attached to his home planet of Reach, going so far as to sacrifice himself in order to save it.
