Terrifying, horrific, and extremely scary, Woo-Jin is an example of an amazingly well written villain, and probably one of the most iconic Korean cinema villains to date. He's also an example of why EIEs when written correctly, make the scariest villains. Fe base: Woo Jin's whole ideology is based on putting emotions into Dae Su. He's a "scholar" of the person, and literally takes actions in order to instill fear, despair, anger, and lust into him. It's because he knows Dae Su inside and out, that he has complete control of him throughout the whole entire film. In fact, this is the case with almost all the characters he comes into contact with. No matter what they do, or how much effort they put in, he always knows what they'll do next and manipulates them into falling into his trap. Not only that, but his passion, and animated nature only puts everyone else in an eerie state. Ni creative: Woo Jin often times has to put metaphorical meaning into his actions and has an extremely good grasp with the flow of time. Everything for him, is laid out and planned to go one way or the other, and it's because he knows what one person will do, and how they will react, he can always have a grasp on them no matter what. Si vulnerable: Woo-Jin is constantly ignoring the pain that he will go through in order to get his revenge. He takes, extreme measures to make sure that things will go as planned, and often times this can come at the cost of his health as seen later. Most of the time, we find that he does not seem to care much about what happens to him physically as long as he is able to get what he wants, which is total fear out of Dae Su. Ti suggestive: Woo Jin often times rambles on or goes on tangents whenever an emotional response is triggered. Often times, he gets lost in emotion, and has trouble trying to get back on track. Regardless, he is able to easily throw himself into art, and certain literature that he finds interesting, which he uses later to convey in his plans
