Wants to end everything because of feelings and lack of meaning behind anything. I think you can track this much more to a Ni-Fi loop (INTJ) rather than a Te-Se loop (ENTJ). Cyrus' goal is not logic, and isn't faulty because he couldn't see the consequences of it (Te-Se loop). His plan is faulty because there's the complete disregard of logic even though he wants a world without feelings. He thinks irrationally because of his own past but decides to act maliciously following those corrupted ideals, which is again something you'd expect from a looping INTJ, not a looping ENTJ.

Cyrus (Japanese: アカギ Akagi) is the boss of Team Galactic. He aims to create a world without spirit for himself. He is the only character in the games to have the Trainer classes Galactic BossDPPt/Team Galactic BossBDSP (Japanese: ギンガだんボス Team Galactic Boss) and Team Galactic (Japanese: ギンガだん Team Galactic). He appears to be emotionally withdrawn. In fact some believe that he touched Mespirit as a child and his emotions drained away in a few days. However, he was greatly angered upon his ultimate defeat. He faked a charismatic attitude during a speech in Pokémon Platinum, making him something of a charismatic manipulator. He also shows signs of megalomania as he often claims wanting to rule the universe as a god, despite this, he acknowledges being as "imperfect" as others because of his spirit. He's extremely calm and speaks very politely, even gives out the Master Ball to the player as he doesn't need it. #MagnificentBastard
