I feel like once Fe users decide to "stop playing nice" they tend to go to excessive lengths, thinking that their actions are okay as long as no one finds out and they can keep their image. In contrast Fi users will have more of a philosophy behind it if it makes sense, therefore their change isn't as dramatic and sudden as the Fe users. Now pretty much the same thing happened with this guy, once he decided that he's had enough of stuff he totally went berserk. Just a little note I wanted to add here, also kind of explains how both Fe and Fi can be selfish if they want to, but have rather different styles.
