Trumpism describes the unique political attitudes regarding the emergence and later evolution of the prevalence towards Donald Trump as a cultural and political figure along with the rhetoric surrounding his base representing a coalition of disaffected groups aligned with other traditionally conservative factions within the GOP via populist fervor. Trumpism has become a distinct and omnipresent phenomenon in American politics for nearly a decade now as a highly divisive brand which mixes together aspects of national conservatism, conspiracy theories, right-wing populism, neo-nationalism, class collaborationism, petty authoritarianism and the christian right with dog whistling to alt-right groups in the United States that quickly developed into arguably the main driving force of national politics within the modern-day Republican Party.
