If OG Timeline Havik was the Joker, this Havik is the Joaquin Phoenix version. No Ne fun, no kooky perspective on chaos, just a loser with a sad life indulging in his own rage and self-pity, taking it out on the people who he perceives as having wronged him and saying it's all in the name of "righteous anarchy"/tearing down the corrupt for the good of all, when it's very obvious he just wants revenge and nothing more. Fi dom in a Fi-Ni loop because he's obsessed with his own pain and perspectives on the world, in a very tunnel-vision way typical of an extremely unhealthy ISFP. Either type 8 for his proactive aggression, or a 4 with an insanely strong 8 fix.

A citizen of the realm of Seido, Havik is sworn to take down its oppressive regime and free his people. There, order is prized above all else. Lawbreaking is met with strict punishment. Its citizens live in strictly regulated castes. As a member of Seido’s lowest caste, Havik had neither rights nor privileges. He seethed with anger at the injustice. When he is brutally punished for a minor crime, Havik finally decides to act. He sets out to destroy Seido’s regime and replace it with an anarchist utopia. Once he breaks Seido’s social order, Havik will free its citizens. Together, they will live in blessed anarchy.
