Se-dom and type 7 seem obvious. Focused more on the physical world, with not much thought for the yesterday or tomorrow, focused on simply having a good time. The distinction between ESTP and ESFP feels more complicated though. He gives off more of an ESTP vibe, but I do have some faint memory of a Talks Machina episode where they talked about him having this personal moral code going on? I could be remembering wrong, but it would fit with the things he did in the campaign (like being very insistent that Nott shouldn't steal from party members). He also seems to be very attached to his current identity, which might indicate Fi? (But could also just be Enneagram 4 in his tritype.) For his Enneagram, my first guess would be 7w8 4w3 8w7 sx/so.
