I can confidently say that he is a textbook INTJ. You have to understand that simply drawing on information from the past doesn't mean you possess Si. Ni can also access information from the past, but it doesn't ruminate on, internalize, immerse itself in, or subjectively evaluate the past the way Si does. Ni simply stores information without ever attempting to "feel" or experience it in the manner of Si. Therefore, the fact that Vikir deduces patterns based on past information (specifically, his previous life) does not equate to him using Si; nor do I see any Ne in him.
