Spider Mom has a spider body with 6 long black legs attached to the head of Slendrina's mother, which is of an old, pale woman with white hair tied to the back of her head into a bun, blue-gray eyes, an angry expression, large open mouth with barely sharp teeth, and a bunch of scars on her face. Despite being called spider, she has 6 legs what insects have instead of 8 of what a spider would have.Spider Mom behaves very similar to Granny. She has various waypoints across the Spider Cellar, and will go back and forth between them, patrolling the space. There is no pattern, so she is very unpredictable, especially because she can randomly change her mind and decide to walk to a different waypoint, a lot of the time causing her to straight up turn around. She can't access the Chest Room at all and can't access the Elevator, however she can catch you if the elevator door is open. She can wander anywhere in the Spider Cellar on her own with the exception of the hallway leading to the Wheel Crank Tunnel and the barred off area of the Spider Cellar (even if it is open), However, she can still chase you through those places.
