His Ni is very prominent for him and he was more as a secluded person preoccupied with conceiving his political moves and visions rather than being an extrovert, also he had Fi, i don't see him as Fi inf, he wanted to prove himself and his worthiness to his father, general Yi Seong Gye, he wanted a country for "abandoned" ppl as him showing that he had a sort of ideology, moreover he used Se only when he needs sensory data or sensory engagement, i don't think it was his 3rd function, returning to Fi, he could relate to Hwi and Nam Seon Hoo and their life experiences feeling a kind of guilt especially for Hwi when he was killed by arrows and his last line "you did well" it's like his Fi child comforting him and soothing his inner struggles
