INTJ for sure. First off, a dead giveaway that he's not an Fe dom or has any Fe is that almost whenever he's talking, it's incredibly monotone. Hold on. This is whether he's joking, is excited, is disappointed, is frustrated, you name it. That's typically someone with low Feeling or low registered feeling, and then there's the thing that most Fe users, especially high Fe users, use their voice a lot in different ranges to match the Feeling of the room and the topics and to engage. Fi users typically do this to a lesser extent. Even this aside, and what's also leading me to how he is an INTJ specifically, is that Otz is very commanding even with his friends. During a lot of his gameplay with them or when he's making videos they are featured in, he gives them many directions of what to do and how to do it in a not exactly “friendly explained” manner. There's not anything with it, he's simply being very direct and to the point, but this is noticeable behaviour. Just recently, he's made a video where he keeps directing one of his friends to move like half a meter for showing one minor thing, and he does this twice in the video, and he keeps telling the friend to do it without the friend registering, which he instantly gets impatient about. All of this is a clear indicator of Te (with Fi) as well as a lack of Fe. A high Fe would be much more soft in their approach and focused on the person they are directing, whereas the high Te will be focused on the actions and how precise they are to what they need to work, even if the action is a small one that matters little. Another high Te indicator is that Otz always reads everything through thoroughly. Take again his recent video that I will link, and he reads every little detail about this new Dead By Daylight Killer through very thorough whereas most extraverted first functions, and especially someone who has Se higher than inferior, will catch the main important takeaways and jump into action quicker. Instead, he's focused on gathering every single detail and putting it together and has fun with it, which is incredibly Ni-Te and introverted first function. I've mentioned some already but his videos are concept-based. It's not just practical gameplay, his fun gameplay is the concept of 18 minutes “Wraith vs Pallets”, and by far most of his videos are of him explaining in-depth everything about the killers, survivors and perks and actually just every small detail about Dead By Daylight, all of which he has highly organized and sorted by Ni. That strong of a use is indicative of a dom function. Some of this you may confuse with Ti, but the key difference you have to remember about Ti and Ni is that while Ti is making sense of things by questioning the logic, Ni is sorting things and putting things sorta into boxes. That's what Otz does. He rarely questions the logic, because he picks up the logic that's at hand (Te) while his Ni is sorting everything and wraps it up in these organized videos for you. Otz being an Se-user is pretty obvious I think, so I'm not going to say much about that. Some of what I have mentioned like his quick impatience and being straight-forward etc. can also be indicative of Se-use, and most here seem to agree on his Se so yeah. I will say that I think it makes sense that it would be his inferior function considering how withdrawn he generally is from the present, in the sense that he's always concept-focused and in his thoughts. “Do this so that that can happen and that can happen, this is what this must mean based on this, this is what will be the best move, this would be a bad move, this must turn out this way, *guessing what perks everybody is using by default*”. You see? Ni>Se, and not much attention to the details of the present such as interacting more directly with his friends (or his audience). I kind of find it funny you guys think he's an Fe dom when he's one of few YouTubers I've seen countless videos and streams from, and I still don't know anything about his friends aside from the name of some of them, when there are freaking Fe inferior streamers that let us more in closely on their friends and even how they interact and talk with each other. So yeah. INTJ for sure.
