Jel is a quiet, melancholic man with a meticulous approach to his tailoring designs. He has an eye for everything fashion and cosmetics, is a veritable fashionista and knows his way around fabrics and needles. You can find him in his shop, and he often meets up with his good friend Tish, who often models for him. Jel is the village's fashion icon. He is the youngest of six and a member of the illustrious Omiata family. He takes nightly walks to ponder their craft and he was born under the sign of the Artist, and as such his Starstone is sapphire. Jel is very sensitive and tends to speak softly, with a slightly poetic edge.
