He definitely has a lot of 3 traits - his drive to work hard and succeed, wanting to accomplish something big (creating an economy) to give him self worth, wanting to successful image of himself as the businessman who has material success. Though I could also see 5. He doesn't start out seeking to be the most successful person in the FAYZ, he originally is concerned mostly with being competent enough (stemming from a childhood where he had to be competent for his family) and is withdrawn and wants to gain knowledge about how the FAYZ works and gain self-worth in being competent in his niche area of running the McDonalds, which later turns into his focus on his competency in economics. He only later starts to desire success after having already made it there by just focusing on his niche of competence and withdrawing from the world to investigate it, which suggests it's not his core desire but a strong fix. I remember at one point he thinks to himself how he's gotten so far just by being smart, not a super genius, but just sticking to his own island of competence. What's most telling of him being 5 and not 3 is his ultimate decision to run away to the island, hoarding the missiles and all of his resources, when the going gets tough. 5's vice is greed, and besides that fitting his very literally greedy nature, it represents the tendency to hoard resources (physically and emotionally) and hide them away from the world. While 3s define themselves by the image they present to society, a 5 like Albert is willing to throw that away in favor of retreating and hoarding everything for himself. 5 being a fear type, there is ultimately fear motivating this greed - a fear of the outside world and that it will overwhelm and deplete you entirely. Albert shows himself to be scared of the dangers of the FAYZ and his response to his fear is to completely retreat from the outside world, and that takes priority over keeping his high status.
