He's a very intellectual INFJ. He shows clear Fe following an even more prominent usage of Ni. All of his insights show a desire to heal and understand humanity at a philosophical level. He's helping Kafka primarily out of kindness, and has clear Ni-Fe hunches about him that only an INFJ would have. Yes, he saw himself in Kafka to some degree, but it's more than that. All this being said, I can also see the arguments for INTJ being valid, but he seems to use Fe more than Fi or Te. Also his argument with the feminist in the library showed highly developed Ti, not Te. People assume that if you're not a Te user you can't debate.
