I don't think Montimer uses Ne or Si Not because someone is nostalgic means that they use Si, that is more due to past trauma. Montimer tends to focus on what is happening in the present to get things done, he is even good at noticing in his surroundings when someone is in danger so he can be able to go rescue them, that is quite characteristic of Se. I also see more Ni>Ne. Let's analyze, for example, that occasion when he overheard Larry saying that his boss proposed a wedding with his daughter. In case he had used Ne, Montimer would have generated many possibilities and possible scenarios in his head about that event. However, after thinking about the whole thing, he decided to come and cling to one single decision, which was breaking up with Larry and taking separate ways, that's something a tertiary Ni would do. (Sorry for my bad english haha)
