This vote is subject to change when we learn more about him, but he implied that he has a purpose behind what he is doing besides acquiring power. He attempting to create order by forming the Union, which suggests Te-dominance. The sx1 is a reformer of sorts, and it can be presumed that Donald is trying to reform the hierarchy of gangs by creating a group that better organizes their activities. The whole “I have to have it this way” mindset is very sx1, and I can see it reflected in Donald to some extent. He is justifying what he is doing, while an 8 would most likely create a huge organization like the Union merely for power or, if unhealthy, a distorted desire to protect others.
