I think she's an INTJ putting on a quirky, carefree facade. I could see a Te-Fi axis pretty clearly in chapter 7. She keeps making decisions that go against her personal values, but she "has" to because she's the boss and she doesn't this whole operation is going to fall apart. She so desperately wants someone to call her out on this, be mad at her for making these tough decisions, but no one does. She's the boss, after all. Really you can see it a lot on ch 4 too. "The other children might not understand this, but you, at least, have no reason to forsake logic for loyalty." "The circumstances of his blacklisting are classified, but know the decision was made with noble intentions." "But I know... inhuman choices...can be made with the best—" I think there's a pretty interesting Ni-Se axis too. She's flashy, she puts on a show for her her guests in the dream world. But she's also so disconnected from the lived experiences of others that she doesn't view experience as something valuable. She offers to erase someone's memories to give them a "better first experience" multiple times. She's blind to the idea that even a negative experience has something valuable to teach someone, she assumed people would rather have everything work out the first time.
