She's a complicated thinker and has lots of troubling thoughts, but that's just because she's very melancholic. I don't really see Ne. She's stated before that if she isn't that person, then she can't know what they're thinking, and there are also times when there's just nothing in her mind. Also, the way she can't actively connect the past with the present on her own suggests lack of Si.
