Why do I think he's an unhealthy ISFP? His biggest insecurity throughout the show is whether or not he is capable enough as an individual. He lashed out at dooku and ventress when the former calls him a failed apprentice. He expresses self doubt in his training with dooku, when fighting dooku alongside ventress and when he was finally killed by sidious in front of maul. His last words being "Brother, I'm an unworthy apprentice. I'm not like you, I never was" All of this reeks of inferior Te to me, which would automatically mean dominant Fi. As for his middle two functions, they come out in his more straightforward singular approach to things. He's a man of action rather than theory and dosent like to sit around and worry about the details. Which is why I think his middle two functions are Se/Ni, not Ne/Si.
