Warning contains spoilers! At the beginning of the story I think His Fe is underdeveloped and his turned to Ni-Ti loop. He acted in the school with good student role play without really cares about his friend and the inside he withdraws from the outside world. But until he met Nanakusa and other vampires he paid more attention to other people's expressions and feelings especially towards Nanakusa. He even didn't pay attention to his own safety to save Anko who wanted to commit suicide. He has Ni because he liked to draw conclusions with very little information and not focus on other possibilities. His ability to empathize with both the vampire side and human side and not wanting anyone to hurt each other is a testament of his Fe. Even when he reveals Anko true motive why she trying to kill the vampire is Ni-Fe. In addition, when Kou guessed Kabura's true identity as a vampire who turned Nanakusa into a vampire because of his mother-like behavior to Nanakusa as well as his Ni-fe to (though Kou didn't guess correctly). From chapters 85 to 96 is the moment his character develops and his Fe finally develops as well. From this moment he can prove that he has not truly lost the emotion of love and opens the possibility that he can become a vampire because of his growing love for Nanakusa. That's my opinion regarding the character of Kou Yamori
