Paul is an antagonist in The Enemy series by Charlie Higson. His first appearance is in The Fear, the third book in the series and the second chronologically. He appears as a side character in The Fear, a main character in The Fallen, and an important character in The End. Paul is determined to find his sister Olivia. He lives in the natural history museum and often isolates himself from others. Eventually Paul turns to David and the palace for guidance after becoming delusional and experiencing hallucinations.
