I think Grant's bartending on the Dropout show Dirty Laundry is a great example of ENFP dynamics with other types. The fact that he'll always end up immediately commenting with a gut reaction to the drinkers' stories seems like Fi to me. Especially because he ties it to his own experience or prior knowledge. Compare that with Lily, the host, I'm not sure on her full type but she seems like a high Ti user. She usually has some sort of cutting joke related to the story, after it's told, and then tries to break down the story to get more information from a drinker.
